As part of the tasks of All things Bookkeeping, we also process personal data. The personal data requested or processed by us is reduced to the minimum, as far as possible.

1.2  Purely informative use of our website

 For purely informative use of our website, e.g. if you do not register or otherwise provide information to us, we will only collect personal information that your browser transmits and that is technically necessary for us to display our website and to ensure its stability and (data) security. Furthermore,

we use this information for anonymous statistical evaluation, to improve the content and to optimize our website. No conclusions are drawn to individual users.

The following data will be processed:

  2. date and time of request / time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT);
  3. content of the request (specific website) / amount of data transferred;

1.3  Use of cookies

 This website uses cookies, e.g. special text files that are stored on a computer system via an Internet browser and allows the system to recognize a user accordingly. Use of cookies makes it easier for us  to simplify your access to our website for repeated use (for example, only one-time registration required) and, secondly, to optimize our website.

You can prevent the use of cookies at any time by means of a corresponding setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently contradict the setting of cookies.

Furthermore, already set cookies can be deleted at any time. If cookies are disabled, not all features of our website may be fully usable.

1.4  Contact via the website

 Due to legal regulations, our website contains information that enables you to contact us quickly and communicate directly with us, which also includes a general e-mail address. If you contact us by e- mail or via a contact form, your personal data will be automatically stored.

Such personally identifiable information provided to us by you will be stored for the purposes of processing or contacting you. There is basically no disclosure of this personal data to third parties.

1.5  Legal basis of processing

The same applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures, for example, in cases of requests for our services. 1.6  Data processing

 When processing your personal data, we sometimes use third parties. Third parties as external service providers are carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and regularly monitored by us.

 We only process and store your personal data for the period required to achieve the purpose of the storage and in consistency with GDPR and any applicable national data protection laws. Insofar as longer statutory retention periods have to be observed (tax, invoices), these data must be stored longer accordingly.

If the purpose of the storage is omitted or if a legally required storage or storage period is required by law, the personal data will be routinely and in accordance with the statutory provisions blocked or deleted, as long as they are no longer required to fulfil the contract or to initiate a contract.

 All Things Bookkeeping currently uses the following social media plug-ins: Facebook, Twitter, Youtube. By activating the respective plug-in, your personal data (IP address, name and any other data you provide) will be transmitted to the provider and stored by the provider. All Things Bookkeeping, through the use of the plug-ins, provides you the opportunity to interact with social networks and other users, and allows All Things Bookkeeping steadily improve its website and makes its services more interesting to you as a user.

All Things Bookkeeping neither has any influence on the collected data, data processing operations, nor has any influence on the extent of data collection, the purpose of the processing, retention periods and deletion processes. The transfer and evaluation of personal data takes place regardless of whether you have an account with the respective provider or not.

2  Rights of the data subject (the user)

At the same time, you can also have your data updated, corrected, and deleted, as well as exercising your right of objection, in whole or in part or at any time.

3  Revocation or objection to the processing of your data

4  Data Security

 We have taken extensive technical and organizational measures to protect the stored data against misuse, unauthorized access, third party damage, loss, and destruction. These measures are regularly reviewed and updated. However, we point out that Internet / web-based data transmissions are generally vulnerable and pose a risk to personal data. Absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, each data subject is free to provide us with personal information in alternative ways, such as by telephone / business card.

Our employees, who are entrusted with the processing of personal data for us and our clients, are obliged to maintain confidentiality.
